I have so much to say about thos amazing company and I don't even know where to start.I am a volunteer at our local mosque and usually they tend to leave things last min for our yearly community events, which means we're working under pressure. For a year and so now we've been booking big bounce inflatable for our fundays, community events and honestly it has been such a pleasure a joy really, lovely people, friendly, overall amazing customer service, the price! the price! I personally think It's unbeatable i dont even bother looking else where anymore😅...Booking with them has always been straight forward, super easy for us.They always pull through considering things on our end were done last min, they arrive well ahead of time with no hidden charges or extra fees( your getting more hours than what you paid for),good with communication even though communication was poor on my end due to me not being able to find my phone for sometime, they always follow instructions with easy..Overall amazing service and customer service and we've now become a loyal customer due to the wonderful service they've provide...Our community has given us great feed back on our events on how great it was and how much fun the kis had, this honestly could have not been achieved without big bounce services. Big bounce did a birthday party for my daughter. They arrived early for set up as scheduled, friendly and reliable for sure. The party was great as the kids had an amazing time! Collection was done in good time as well as leaving the used area nice and clean.

We was so happy with this company, it was our first time using them and the process was so easy. The bouncy castle was huge and for a very great price. All the children enjoyed themselves. Amazing people. I asked for help last minute for a bouncy castle and soft play. and they were happy to help. they answered my questions so quick. they made adjustments to their schedule to make sure I was happy and my son birthday was going to be amazing. I'm so grateful. thank you. the bouncy castle was a huge huge hit. and the soft play area was perfect.
Fantastic services .. we was let down by another company due to vehicle issues, and D & K saved the day with a last minute booking and delivered within 2 hours of 1st contact. Lovely friendly service would highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the foreseeable future. Really did make my daughters day you will never know how much you sure SAVED THE DAY TRUE HEROS !!
